This review is way overdue, but I still wanted to leave it because these guys absolutely helped us out when we were in a terrible situation. It was right around Christmas/New Year, we were on holidays over 2 and a half hours from home with my wife, 2 kids and our dog in the car when we suddenly had a massive oil leak. We were stressed and honestly didn’t know what we were going to do, but the team here were incredible. They got us sorted quickly, treated us so well and completely took the pressure off in what could have been a nightmare situation. The staff were some of the nicest people you could deal with and the pricing was unbelievably fair — I actually couldn’t believe it. Genuine, honest people who really helped us when we needed it most. Can’t thank you guys enough. Highly recommend.

However, the team here took the time to properly diagnose the issue and resolved it by replacing the spark plugs and ignition coils — saving me a significant amount of money.I am thoroughly impressed with their expertise and attention to detail. If I could give this place ten stars I would. I as a single mother from Adelaide and staying with friends in Ballarat, was about to drive the 600km home to Adelaide on a Sunday, when my car displayed a warning light. Not wanting to drive home and risk breaking down on the way or worse, damaging my car, my son found this place on Google. We headed there without an appointment and they were able to not only fix my issue, but service my car and explain all the work that was being done. I can not thank the member enough who looked after me and I am so appreciative of his care, his explanation and his very affordable pricing. Because of the great customer service (on a Sunday no less), I was able to drive home, and my car drives better then it has. Although I am from Adelaide, I think I will be driving to Ballarat to get my car serviced in the future, because the customer service and care is first rate. Thanks so much Ballarat Automotive Shop..
